On April 20, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Transport Minister Antony Raju inaugurated the Smart Driving License. Those who want a new smart driver’s license are required to pay Rs 200. But after one year this fee will increase to Rs.1200 including postage fee. The vehicle registration certificate will also be converted to a PETG card from May 20. 1) Visit the official website ” www.parivahan.gov.in website”.
2) Select the option” License Related Service” in Online Services.
3) Select the State of Kerala.
4) Click on the icon Replacement of DL
5) Select the RTO and generate the application.
6) Scan and upload the original license clearly on both sides.
7) Complete the online application by paying the prescribed fee.
